I’ve spent years in the fitness world — not just in the gym, but behind the scenes of some of the biggest transformation brands and social campaigns out there. I worked as the Executive Producer and Brand Manager for Xeela Fitness, helping real people document life-changing journeys (like David Dobrik’s transformation on YouTube). I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and how to build plans that are actually sustainable.
Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned — from lifting, dieting, building my own confidence, and working with top-tier athletes and creators — and helping you create a personalized blueprint for your own results. I’ve lived through the phases: not knowing where to start, losing fullness while getting lean, rebuilding strength and curves, tracking macros, staying consistent through real life.
